Job Duties:

Workers will assist with the full lifecycle of residential plant inventory. Responsibilities include planting, cultivating, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and maintaining a diverse selection of trees, shrubs, perennials, and seasonal annuals. Nursery Workers also support nursery operations through tasks such as propagation, potting and repotting, monitoring plant health, controlling weeds, organizing inventory, and assisting with order fulfillment for residential customers. Additional duties may include greenhouse maintenance, irrigation monitoring, pest and disease management, equipment cleaning, and site upkeep. Continuous training will be provided throughout the season.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months of landscape nursery experience required. Employees must be able to lift and carry materials or equipment with a weight up to 75 lbs. for 75 yards frequently throughout the day. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
