Job Duties:

We operate a custom harvest, perishable seasonal farmers crops: wheat, barley, milo, beans, peas, corn, millet, etc. Preparation of machinery for harvest, routine maintenance and repair during harvest and post-harvest machinery cleaning, shop/tool preparation, maintaining all the equipment throughout the harvest run. Operate harvest combine machinery and various stand vehicles. Haul grain to storage locations/grain bins. Complete routine maintenance on combines and other farm equipment. Complete all other routine custom harvest job duties. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.

Special Requirements:

Must have a regular driver's license. Job requires extensive sitting, pushing, pulling and walking. Frequent stooping and repetitive movements. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Post-hire background checks and drug tests will be conducted at employer's expense. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will not hire anyone with a violent/theft criminal background. Require 3 months experience.
