- Job Duties:
- Custom farm work examples being hay work, swathing hay and bailing. We combine wheat, pack silage, farming fields plowing and planting. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements; clean work areas; direct and monitor work during planting and harvesting; mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter, spreader, sprayer type machinery; operate self propelled machinery; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: bailers and other hay equipment, combines or other harvesting equipment, grain carts, packaging equipment, pickups, cars, etc, planters, self-propelled machinery, swathers, bailers, and other hay equipment, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: hay, silage. Must be able to speak and understand English.

- Special Requirements:
- Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
