- Performs duties like: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest, store and transport cotton. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, drill to tractor; till soil; plant and cultivate crops. Operate a cotton stripper to collect, pack, move stack, and transport crops. Lubricate and repair farm machinery; drive pickup trucks to transport equipment to and from fields. Farming with: Cotton, Wheat

- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
