Job Duties:
We are a mid-sized family farm and ranch that grows alfalfa and barely we are also a cow calf operation. We use pivots to irrigate. Equipment is a little bit of everything. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements, clean work areas, maintain grounds and landscaping, maintain inventory, operate self propelled machinery, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment, repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures, tend to livestock by feeding, medicating, general care, grading, sorting, working, placing identification on, or relocating, tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, pruning crops, use hand tools such as such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, loppers, and knives, use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: bailers and other hay equipment, horseback riding for sorting, caring for livestock, irrigation equipment, pickups, cars, etc, self-propelled machinery, swathers, bailers, and other hay equipment, tillage equipment, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: cattle, horses, hay, wheat. Speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:
Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 50 lbs.
