- Job Duties:
- Drive and operate forage bagger and/or silage trucks for custom harvesting operations. Also may include operating tractors, mergers, swathers, packing tractor. Mechanical experience is preferred and a bonus. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Drive trucks to haul harvesting machine between work sites. Service machinery and make incidental in-field repairs.

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
