- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092; operating hay equipment, swathing, raking, bailing, and loading agricultural products into trucks, and drive trucks to market or storage facilities; transporting hay from field to storage facilities, hand sprigging grass to repair pastures and hay fields, pasture maintenance such as digging thistles and spraying fence rows and thorn trees; Manually cutting up thorn trees and downed trees in the pasture; driving farm vehicle; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment. Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures, Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping. Plant, spray, weed, fertilize, water, and prune plants, shrubs, and trees, using gardening tools; Inform farmers or farm managers of crop progress. Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops such as Pecans. Record information about crops, such as pesticide use, yields, or costs.

- Special Requirements:
- Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
