- Performs duties like: drive and operating farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest, and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as a plow, disc, and drill, to the tractor. Till the soil, plant, and cultivate grain. Towing harvesting equipment. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Drive and operate a self-propelled combine. General lubrication, service (check fluids), and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Farming with: Beans, Corn, Cotton

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
