- Job Duties:
- FARM LABORER: Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: plant, transplant, trim, maintain, and harvest annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, flowers, other nursery stock, and Christmas trees; prepare fields/soil for planting; maintain fields by weeding, applying herbicides, and other field clean up tasks; maintain, and repair fences and irrigation equipment; drive and operate tractor, gator, mowers, loader, skid-steer, and other farm equipment to perform farm tasks; drive employer provided vehicle to and from the worksite and to other locations as directed. Pay will be hourly Other duties assigned under this order will be consistent under Bureau of Labor Statistics Standard Occupational Classification: Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery and Greenhouse Workers (45-2092)

- Job requires worker to complete tasks in care and maintenance and production of nursey stock and Christmas trees. Employer will provide instructions and training on specific job duties. 2 month(s) verifiable experience in commercial agriculture or nursery required. Applicants must furnish job references from employers of the last 3 years establishing acceptable prior experience. Minimum Productivity/Performance Standards: Worker must possess requisite physical strength and endurance to harvest and repeat general labor process throughout workday. Worker must work at sustained pace and make good faith efforts to work efficiently as reasonable under working conditions.
