- Job Duties:
- The employer will furnish, without charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required in the performance of the specified work. Workers will be charged for any willful damage or loss of such tools and equipment. Diversified crops: corn, beans, wheat, hay & straw Workers may fill planters with seed from 50lb. Bags. Workers may operate equipment to prepare fields. Workers may spray crops for weeds and grass. Workers may apply water and fertilizers. Workers may restock trucks and equipment with seed bags. Workers may use equipment to prepare fields for planting. Workers may load and unload harvested crops for shipping and storage. Hay & Straw: Workers may cut and bale hay and straw with equipment. Workers may load and unload bales onto trucks or wagons. Workers may load bales in barns for storage. Workers may load trucks for shipping. Workers may prepare fields for the next crop.

- General Conditions: Workers will begin at an assigned time, 7:00 am and continue until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. If work is available beyond normal workdays the employer may offer, but not require, the worker the opportunity to work additional hours. Workers are not required to work the Sabbath Day or Federal Holidays. should have suitable clothing for conditions including light rain and temperatures ranging from 60 degrees to more than 100 degrees.
