- Job Duties:
- The worker will perform general agricultural labor in hydroponic systems and agricultural fields. Duties include pre-harvest and post-harvest activities. In the hydroponic area, tasks include seed germination, transplanting, manual and automated irrigation, crop monitoring, basic maintenance of the hydroponic system, fertilization, cleaning, packing, and harvesting of lettuce and cilantro. Additionally, the worker will perform planting and maintenance work for soursop trees, sugarcane, and fruit trees, including soil preparation, weeding, irrigation, fertilization, basic pruning, and assistance with harvesting when applicable
