- Job Duties:
- We farm 3,500 acres of corn, wheat, soybeans and alfalfa hay. Employee will assist with alfalfa hay production which includes swathing, raking, baling, loading, hauling, and stacking alfalfa hay. Employee will operate farm equipment and farm trucks for crop production and hauling. Employee must be truthful in communication, have good time management skills, work well with others, and know how to respond to problem solving and trouble shooting. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

- Job requires extensive walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, and frequent stooping. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company HR hiring practices as allowed by law. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
