Job Duties:

Job Duties include but are not limited to: Prepare fields for planting by operating tractors and tillage equipment. Plant hay, wheat, sunflower, and corn crops using seed drills and row planters. Assist with crop cultivation, including weed control, fertilizer application, and general field maintenance. Operate farm machinery during harvest, including combines, swathers/windrowers, balers, and forage equipment. Cut, rake, windrow, bale, stack, and transport hay. Assist with harvesting, loading, and unloading wheat, sunflower, and corn crops. Load, haul, and unload grain, seed, hay, and farm supplies. Operate grain carts, augers, conveyors, and grain handling equipment. Perform routine maintenance on farm equipment, including fueling, greasing, cleaning, and minor repairs. Conduct daily safety and operational checks on machinery. Maintain clean and safe work areas, including fields, yards, and equipment sheds. Assist with general farm duties as needed.
