Job Duties:

These workers will be required to operate machinery such as tractors, combines, excavators, forklifts, and skid steers to perform various tasks around the farm such as planting crops, harvesting, doing maintenance and repairs around fields and shop lots. They will also be required to repair equipment as needed. Workers need to be able to perform manual labor for irrigation on rice, soybeans, and corn crops. They will be expected to keep the farm clean and maintained around the shop locations and fields. Semi-trucks will be used to transport grain from the field to the grain bins, and they will also be required to take the grain out of the bins and load back into the truck for delivery.

Special Requirements:

Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 50 lbs.
