Job Duties:

Duties may include: Sort and grade oysters. Take off line, run thru hopper and put back on line. Pull select oysters ready to be sold, package and ship. Hang new lines. Assist with maintenance and clean-up & other related Graders and Sorters activities as per SOC/OES 45-2041 (onetonline.org). Work is typically performed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a lunch break; however, work hours and days may vary based on weather conditions and business needs. This may include schedule adjustments to recover lost time due to weather and to fulfill time-sensitive orders, including work on weekends or holidays.

Must be 18 years of age. Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 40lbs; may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment.
