Job Duties:

Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties on the farm under SOC Code 53-7064 Packers and Packagers, Hand such as and not limited to: Work collaboratively with Shed Supervisors to maintain good positive working environment; Develop relationships with coworkers in the shed for optimal teamwork and cooperation; Abide by all Employee handbook rules and regulations; Abide by all Food Safety requirements; Able to work in all facets of normal daily operations of onion packing shed; Load master bags with bagged product; Palletize master bags for shipping; Grade out poor-quality product on grading line; Grade out #2 quality product on grading line; Transport bins from locations; Transport packed product in pallets to locations; Load and/or unload trucks with bins; Load/stack dryers and coolers with bins; Preventative maintenance on equipment; Greasing chains; Clean and sanitize shed equipment; Sweep shed floor; Run sweeper; Clean and sanitize had rails; Clean and sanitize bins.

One (1) month of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
