- Job Duties:
- We need seasonal help to assist with harvesting wheat, beans, canola and corn. Employees will be required to drive farm equipment to haul harvested commodities, operate combines, grain carts and tractors. Employees will also need to complete routine maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

- Must have a regular driver's license. Post-hire and random drug testing and criminal background checks will be required at the expense of the employer. We require drug testing to ensure a drug free workplace. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company HR hiring practices as allowed by law. This is a requirement for all domestic and foreign workers. Job requires exposure to extreme outside temperatures. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Require 3 months experience.
