Job Duties:

We have a grain farm operation where we raise corn and soybeans. Employee will be responsible for running farm equipment including tractors, combines, trucks along with tillage and planting equipment. Employees will need to do some shop work as directed. Previous experience running farm trucks and tractors is beneficial. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

Special Requirements:

Require a regular driver's license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires frequent stooping. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company hiring practices as allowed by law. Requires 3 months experience.
