- Job Duties:
- We need employees to drive farm trucks, operate tractors, grain cart, air seeder, mower, grain vac, disc, forklift and combines. Employee will need to repair and maintain equipment with hand and power tools. Clean grain bins and miscellaneous yard work. Employees will assist with planting, spraying, harvesting and hauling corn, spring wheat, oats, millet, lentils, peas, canola, flax, sunflowers, safflower, and soybeans. No commercial trucking is required. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion. Employer may provide pay increases for longevity and experience.
