- Our farming operation includes raising of crops for grain or seed. Employee duties will include operation of farm equipment, repair and service of equipment, manual cultivation, of fields and related duties. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
