Job Duties:

We are a 4,500 acre farm in north west North Dakota. We typically raise durum, spring wheat, canola, flax and soybeans. We currently run a case quad track and John Deere disc drill to put the crop in. At harvest, we have a couple red combines and try to keep someone in the grain cart. We have two farm trukcs and a triple axel grain truck for moving grain. Employee will operate farm truck, tractors, combines, augers, conveyors, and grain vacuum. During the summer we have 4 yards that we keep the grass mowed in. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. No commercial trucking is required. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
