Job Duties:

We need help in all parts of growing row crops. Servicing and maintaining equipment, operating equipment, cleaning equipment, and storing and transporting the crops to local sale points. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: apply products such as fertilizers, pesticides, growth inhibitors, etc; attach/detach implements; be able to handle working in high humidity; clean work areas; load and unload materials and commodities; load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields; operate self propelled machinery; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, combines or other harvesting equipment, cotton stripper/picker, GPS guidance systems, grain carts, forklift, irrigation equipment, pickups, cars, etc, planters, self-propelled machinery, semi trucks, sprayers, spreaders, straight frame trucks, tillage equipment, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: corn, cotton, soybeans, wheat. Must speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
