- Job Duties:
- Perform duties like: Assist in live cover breeding. Full watch of pregnant mares. Assist in foaling and foaling aftercare. Administering medications and vaccinations. Handling of live horses of all ages and genders, including young foals. Perform Halter training and sales preparation. Load/unload departing horses or new arrivals. Walk horses. General farm work such as feeding horses, cleaning stalls and barns, maintaining fences, pastures, barns and farming equipment.

- Special Requirements:
- Mini. of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license Class D within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive walking is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
