Job Duties:
Seasonal Need: Hiring fence laborers that will be responsible for duties including, but not limited to taking down old fences, installing new fences, gates, digging post holes, and much more. The applicant must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, walking long distances, stooping, handling, positioning, moving, pulling and manipulating materials, and using muscle and force to install and set up multiple types of fencing. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform the work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of identified employment. The work will be performed outdoors, and applicants will be exposed to a range of different weather including cold and heat. Hours will vary depending on different jobs and location of role may vary between jobs. Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Workers must be able to drive farm vehicles on the farm and off the farm to pickup supplies and tools as needed. A clean driving record is a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) free of at-fault accidents, moving violations, or criminal traffic convictions (like DUIs) over a specific period, generally 3 to 7 years. All duties listed in the job description on the ETA790 for the workers' safety require the ability to speak, read, and understand English. Beef cattle.

Special Requirements:
No minimum education requirement. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
