Job Duties:

Workers will operate tractors, sprayers, combines, harvesters, and ground carts. Workers will plant, pull weeds, and harvest by hand in areas machines cannot reach. Workers will maintain and service farm equipment and farm buildings. Workers will operate heavy farm trucks and other farm vehicles for on-farm and local agricultural operations; operation of such vehicles does not require a commercial driver’s license (non-CDL). Workers will be required to take a post-hire drug test at the expense of the employer to ensure the safety of workers and other employees. Workers must have a minimum of two (2) months of verifiable experience operating tractors, heavy farm equipment, and non-CDL farm trucks.
