Job Duties:

We have a 6500 acre farm. Mostly grow corn and soybeans we utilize mostly John Deere and case equipment on our operation. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: apply products such as fertilizers, pesticides, growth inhibitors, etc; attach/detach implements; clean work areas; haul and spread materials such as but not limited to fertilizer to condition the soil; load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities; load and unload materials and commodities; load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields; mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter, spreader, sprayer type machinery; operate self propelled machinery; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; set up repair, maintain, and operate specialized equipment. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conduction with the duties being performed: air seeders, bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, combines or other harvesting equipment, GPS guidance systems, grain carts, forklift, semi trucks, sprayers, spreaders, tillage equipment, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: canola, corn, soybeans, wheat. Must be able to speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
