Job Duties:

This job requires employees to assist with irrigating, harvesting hay, as well as helping with feeding horses and cows for farm animals. The following job duties are: •Irrigators: Employees will help with water irrigation this includes: o Center Pivot irrigation o Polyethylene (PE) Pipe flood irrigation o Open ditch flood irrigation o Irrigation equipment and infrastructure •Field work: Employees will help in the hay fi elds doing the following: o Cutting o Tedding o Raking o Baling o Pest and weed control (spraying) o Feeding horses and cows •Farm Maintenance: Employees will help with the following duties: o Maintain existing fence o Maintain farm cleanliness such as in workspaces, storage areas and common facilities o Machinery will regularly be cleaned and washed, such as the trucks / tractors/ trailers once a week o Buildings will be swept, painted and cleared of debris to maintain cleanliness Skills: •Smart, honest, and hardworking individual with good work ethics •Team player who can reliably work independently •Fast learner, flexible and disciplined •Follows rules and procedures
