- Perform duties on a farm for a farm like: Assist in liquid manure application, operation duties such as; applying liquid manure using liquid manure tank applicator; drive/operate late model John Deer MFWD tractors and center articulate tractors, skid loaders and Houle manure equipment; operate the latest GPS auto steer and mapping technologies; repair and maintain equipment during the season.

- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
