- Job Duties:
- Workers will perform general farm work to plant, till, fertilize, protect, store, and harvest row crops. This may include operating agricultural equipment such as tractors, combines, and sprayers as well as hauling crops between fields and storage facilities. Workers will assist in maintaining the appearance of the farm, land, equipment, vehicles, and facilities. Workers will also perform daily preventative and repair maintenance on equipment as needed and inform the supervisor of any larger repairs that are needed. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs for 50 yards. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license. Must submit to and be able to pass a drug screen. Workers may operate farm equipment such as tractors, combines, and sprayers, and haul crops between fields and storage facilities. A clean driving record is required.

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs for 50 yards. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license. Must submit to and be able to pass a drug screen. Workers may operate farm equipment such as tractors, combines, and sprayers, and haul crops between fields and storage facilities. A clean driving record is required. Drug test will be conducted post-hire at the employers expense. Employees will potentially be operating large trucks and heavy equipment. The Department of Transportation (DOT) defines trucking as a safety-sensitive transportation class. Even though Kentucky does not require a CDL for hauling grain within 150 miles, the employer follows DOT guidance on drug testing in order to control their risks and ensure that safe drivers are on the road.
