Job Duties:

Operating self-propelled equipment that assists with reaping, harvesting, threshing, swathing, or winnowing grain, hay, oilseed, fiber crops; performing manual or mechanical adjustments to equipment; performing safety checks on equipment; maintaining and repairing farm structures, equipment and other tools in the course of harvesting crops; driving truck or tractor with trailer or cart attached for transporting crops, equipment tools, or other materials to elevators, silos, gin yard, storage areas, and from one field to another; attaching equipment using hand tools; weighing contains and recording weights. Approximate staggered entry: 2 workers to begin March 20 and 3 workers to begin May 24.

Special Requirements:

Two (2) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire appropriate CDL and obtain clean driving record to drive trucks. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
