- Job Duties:
- Supervise and assist with planting, weeding, pruning, trellising, staking, harvesting, washing, packing, and delivery of a wide variety of crops. Follow daily watering schedules. Scout for plant pests and diseases and report to the owners in a timely manner. Keep the packing areas in clean, functional order. Organize and pull produce orders. Other maintenance and horticultural tasks as needed to include but not limited to cleanup, brush removal, field prep (including rock picking),
