- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to drive tractors to prepare fields, plant and harvest on a grain farm. Workers will also be required to do weed control, drainage, shovel work, laying polypipe, keep the fields and shop areas clean and free of debris, keep the housing and housing yard clean and free of debris, minor repair and maintenance on farm equipment and vehicles, cleaning farm equipment and vehicles, and any further general labor duties that may be required on a grain farm. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties. Workers must follow all work and safety rules. Workers may be drug tested post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch The workload may increase or decrease because of weather, or seasonal demands
