Job Duties:

Manually plant, cultivate, weed, and harvest vegetables, fruits, horticultural specialties, and field crops. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pitch forks, hoes, seeders, pruning hooks, shears, and knives. Duties may include applying fertilizers and mulches; transplanting, weeding, thinning, pruning, and harvesting crops; applying organic approved pesticide; and cleaning, grading, sorting, packing, and loading harvested products. May set up trellises, repair fences and farm buildings, and participate in irrigation activities. Must be physically capable of completing assigned tasks without risk of injury; keep count of harvested crops while harvesting; recognize and differentiate between crop varieties upon being trained. Employees will be required to cooperate with others and follow directions. 1 month experience in duties listed required. staggered entry 1 worker 4/4/26, 1 worker around 5/9/26 wage $15.10. Workers with 1 year working for Tiny Roots Organic Farm will receive $18.83 per hr
