Job Duties:

Farm worker: will include physical labor, operating farm equipment such as tractors, combines, farm trucks, filling grain bins, emptying grain bins, spraying and loading sprayer, bringing chemical, water, seed, fertilizer to fields. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools. Performing farm upkeep/maintenance, adjusting/repairing/servicing farm machinery planting, cultivating and/or harvesting.

Special Requirements:

Three months of verifiable farm work experience is required. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 80 pounds. Workers must have a valid, insurable drivers license or be eligible to apply for same at no cost to the worker. Employer reserves the right to conduct employer-paid post-hire upon suspicion and/or post-accident drug testing. Any employee who declines to take or fails a drug test will be immediately terminated. No high school education is required. Must be able to speak/read/write English.
