Job Duties:

Stacking and bagging potato sacks. Grading potatoes. Discard inferior or defective products or foreign matter, and place acceptable products in containers for further processing. Maintain/clean shop area. General farm labor, assist in the harvesting of all crops. Maintain farm equipment.

Special Requirements:

One (1) month of verifiable farmworker experience required. Workers must be able to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive physical tasks. Workers must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties. This position involves manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and other physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to communicate in English at a level sufficient to understand job instructions and safety requirements. Workers must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Workers must be physically capable of performing all assigned job duties in a safe and effective manner, consistent with normal production and safety standards.
