Job Duties:

Seeking agricultural workers for wheat production and farm maintenance Duties include: - Wheat Production: Plant, cultivate, harvest, and pack. Work with planters, transplant crops by hand or machine, and remove plastic or drip tape. Weed, thin, prune, and maintain plants. - Irrigation & Equipment: Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, water lines, and ditches. Operate and maintain tractors and hand-operated equipment. - General Farm Maintenance: Perform ditching, shoveling, mowing, cutting, and field maintenance. Use hand tools such as hoes, shovels, shears, and saws. Assist with farm building repairs and fence maintenance. - Work Conditions: Requires bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting. Must wear assigned protective equipment and work clothing. Tasks will be performed in varying weather conditions, including occasional light rain. Workers may perform other manual tasks related to crop production and farm maintenance as needed.
