Job Duties:

Employees will operate farm equipment including combines/choppers, tractors, semi-trucks and other farm equipment to assist with harvesting of corn and other crops used for forage feed. Employees will need to drive and operate a semi with live floor trailer. Complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Experience or knowledge about semi-livefloor trailers is a plus. Be able to work well with others, follow directions, communicate with fellow employees and customers when needed. Be a good positive team member to our crew. The employer, at its sole discretion, grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a CDL license or equivalent or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire. Job requires extensive sitting, exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire and random drug tests at no cost to the employees since it operates a drug-free workplace. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Require 3 months experience.
