Job Duties:

Cropping duties: Operate skid steer. Pick rocks and assist with building/repairing fences and property upkeep. Weigh hauling loads over scale. Drive along chopper in field with farm trucks to haul harvested crop. Plant, harvest and til crop. Operate farm equipment, provide routine repairs and daily maintenance on equipment to include cleaning and washing equipment. Drive semi and forage trailers to haul product. Understand GPS technology on equipment. Keep records if needed. Assist with agronomy, irrigation, scouting, sampling, and spraying. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
