Job Duties:
This application encompasses farm labor and harvest on a hop and row crop farm. This is a Skill Level I position and requires at least 1 month of farm labor experience. Workers will be given instruction and guidance regarding job duties. This job order has multiple dates of need: 03/21/2026 18 workers 04/15/2026 40 workers The exact start date and/or number of workers may vary based on weather, crop conditions or other factors. The lifting requirement for this position is 60 pounds. All duties assigned under this order will be those duties of Farm Worker and Laborer Crop, Nursery and Greenhouse, under the Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment Statistics Standard Occupational Classification Codes 45-2092 and Agricultural Equipment Operator, 45-2091. Workers may assist with irrigation duties, including laying and picking up drip tape or tubing. Weed crops using hand tools or use hands. Workers may clear debris and garbage from fields and clean/maintain farm buildings, structures, equipment, and work areas. Planting and transplanting as needed (seedlings, starts, pots.) Must follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors to meet daily goals. Hops Twining/Stringing Hops: Attaching string (twine) between trellis and the ground. Driving the stringing cart (tractor) while other workers tie twine. Workers may ride on farm implement cart, approximately 18 feet above the ground, hand tying twine to trellis. Use tool to place metal clip in the ground. Affixing string to ground. Workers will fill water tank with hop twine to make twine damp. Workers will fix any strings that come loose or need repair. Training hops: As the hops grow, wrap any bine that has not grabbed on to the twine. Hop bines are delicate and care must be taken when performing this task.

Such payments do not change the primary job classification or required experience level.
