- Crawfish duties include: cutting and handling bait, harvesting crawfish from our fields; washing, grading, weighing, and tagging of crawfish; preparing crawfish for shipping and/or processing; repetitive movements; packaging, boxing, palletizing crawfish; loading and unloading of trucks; cleanup, sanitize, and maintenance of worksite and equipment.
