- Crawfish worker duties include: crawfishing; cutting up bait for crawfishing; weighing, washing, grading, tagging, cleaning, and packaging crawfish; dumping crawfish sacks; preparing crawfish for sale/consumption; inspecting crawfish for defects; pick/remove trash/foreign material from crawfish; follow safety regulations and maintain records; cleanup and sanitization of worksite and equipment.
