Job Duties:
Performs duties like: Drive and operate farm machinery to cultivate, harvest and store crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Operate dump carts for harvesting crops. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and incidental repair to farm machinery. Make sure equipment is clean and ready to use. Crops: Beans, Corn, Alfalfa, Sugar Beets

Special Requirements:
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
