Job Duties:

Crops: Alfalfa, Corn, Soybeans, Sugar beets Set, operate and maintain farm equipment in order to cultivate, fertilize, harvest and haul grain including corn, soybean and alfalfa crops. General farm-related duties such as shop work, equipment servicing, and facility/grounds maintenance and upkeep.

Special Requirements:

Three months of agricultural equipment operation experience required. Applicants must furnish verifiable job references or comparable third-party documentation from recent employers to establish acceptable prior experience. This requirement will be applied equally to all new foreign and domestic candidates. Workers must have a valid, insurable drivers license or be eligible to apply (within 30 days) for same at no cost to the worker. Will be asked to drive vehicles for transporting workers, goods, or commodities on company business. Employer reserves the right to conduct employer-paid post-hire upon-suspicion and/or post-accident drug testing. Any employee who declines to take or fails a drug test will be immediately terminated.
