Job Duties:

Workers will be able to properly dismantle agricultural equipment, all makes and models, including but not limited to, tractors, combines, cotton pickers, and custom applicators. Workers will determine parts are in working order, clean and sort them according to function. An advanced working knowledge of farm equipment maintenance is required, with the ability to perform these duties as needed in a shop setting, with little to no supervision.

Special Requirements:

Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by the supervisor. Applicants must be 18 years or older. Minimum of 12 months agricultural equipment experience required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30-90 days of hire. Must be able to lift 75lbs. All tools, supplies and equipment will be provided at no cost to the workers. General Specifications and Physical Requirements of the job requires repetitive movements, and the majority of time is spent on ones feet. Workers should be able to do the work required with or without reasonable accommodations. Proper work attire is required. A copy of the work contract or a copy of the ETA 790 in lieu of a work contract, and any modifications, will be provided to the worker on the day the work commences.
