Job Duties:

We farm 3,850 acres of corn, wheat, soy beans and vegetable crops such as sweet corn, peas, lima beans, and snap beans. We do all of our own tillage, spraying, planting, fertilizer spreading, and combining. We also do maintenance on all of our farm equipment and trucks, and do our own drain tiling in our fields. Employees will assist with tillage, planting, harvesting, spraying, spreading, and moving fertilizer and seed. Employees will operate tractors, skid steer and trucks. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.

Special Requirements:

Job requires extensive repetitive movements and frequent stooping. Employer will conduct post-hire, random drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular driver's license and employee must be able to obtain a CDL or equivalent within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
