- Job Duties:
- Operating self-propelled equipment such as harvester, loader, tractor that assists with reaping, harvesting, threshing, swathing, or winnowing crops such as corn, wheat, hay; performing manual or mechanical adjustments to equipment; performing safety checks on equipment; maintaining and repairing equipment and other tools such as greasing, cleaning filters, replacing cutters; driving truck or tractor with trailer or cart attached for transporting crops, equipment, tools to elevators, silos, storage areas, and from one field to another; attaching equipment using hand tools; weighing containers and recording weights; cleaning work areas. While a CDL is not required for workers that operate or repair machinery, workers that drive truck to transport products from fields to storage and machines from field to field may possess a CDL.

- Special Requirements:
- Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
