Job Duties:

Workers will be picking/harvesting Vidalia Sweet onions and bell peppers according to size, ripeness, shape, and maturity level. Also, workers will be planting sweet potatoes. Other duties may include but are not limited to packaging, grading, setting plastic sheeting, pulling weeds, and other necessary field and crop maintenance operations. Workers must have good hand and eye coordination. They must also be available to work for the entire duration of the contract. Wage will be piece rate for Onions, Corn, Squash, peppers and hourly for Watermelon. peppers- $0.73 per 5-gal bucket Onions- $0.55 per 5-gal bucket all with a minimum wage guarantee of $14.47 per hour, as the employer provides housing to the workers.
