Job Duties:

Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by their supervisor. Duties may vary from time to time. Following the Supervisors instructions, the worker will perform the following tasks: General Job Description EB Harvesting LLC will provide and manage agricultural farm labor services on crop fields to be harvested, all these activities can involve employees performing general farm labor in the crop fields, EBH may also provide other services such as preparing meals for the workers, transporting, and housing workers to fulfill contract agricultural services. All the following job duties are subject to change due to crops and weather conditions and can be performed walking long distances in extreme hot, wet & cold temperatures. Percentage job duties employment distribution: • Harvesting 90% • Field Helper 5% • General Farm Labor 5% Blueberry Hand Picker: Worker will pick, select and grade blueberries by hand, workers must pick dry blueberries only and harvest according to color, ripeness and firmness, workers will be filling a bucket and will carry filled bucket and hand it out to a dumper should wait for it to be weighted, then employee will get a empty bucket and will be going back to the field doing repeatedly the same harvesting process during the day standing, bending and walking long distances in hot or cold weather conditions. RATE BY WEIGHT $ .50 by pound Picking Machine Operator: Fields will also be Harvested with machines, one employee will be driving and 2 employees riding on back of picking machines, removing full lugs from machine and stacking them up on a trailer, replacing full lugs on the machine with an empty one. Taking full lugs from the trailer and stacking them on a truck at the end of the day. HOURLY RATE

EB Harvesting may conduct a Drug/Alcohol test or conduct a criminal background post-employment at the employer's expense. The employer will provide the tools necessary to perform the described job duties without charge to the worker. The employer will charge the worker for reasonable costs related to the workers refusal or negligent failure to return the tools or due to such worker's willful damage or destruction of the tools.
