- The Agricultural Equipment Operator will operate tractors and farm machinery to prepare fields, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest alfalfa and corn. Duties include operating planting, spraying, baling, and harvesting equipment; loading and transporting crops; monitoring field conditions; and performing routine equipment maintenance.
