- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: plant, transplant, trim, spray, maintain, and hand harvest to quality standards vegetable and fruit crops; prepare fields/soil for planting; maintain equipment, fields, and farm property; assemble, disassemble, operate and repair irrigation equipment; general greenhouse tasks including cleaning, seeding, moving plants, and watering; assemble bins/containers; load/unload crops; drive and operate tractor, forklift, and other farm equipment to perform farm tasks; drive employer provided vehicle to and from the worksite and to other locations; transport employers crops to market and storage locations with all locations allowing workers to reasonably return within same workday; grade, sort and pack produce to customer standards; maintain a clean packing area; Pay will be hourly.

- Job requires worker to complete tasks in general farm labor, packing, and harvest of leafy greens, lettuce, corn, parsnips, rhubarb and basil, broccoli and cauliflower. Employer will provide instructions and training on specific job duties. Experience Requirement: 2 verifiable months commercial hand harvest of vegetables required. Applicants must furnish job references from employers within the last 5 years establishing acceptable prior experience. Drug testing done at employers expense and not utilized as preemployment tool. Season Commitment: Job offered requires worker be available for work for entire employment period.
